Executive/Sr. Executive- Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain utilities including cooling towers, air compressors, nitrogen plants, chilling plants, brine plants, and boilers
• Monitor and maintain critical inventory of spare parts, chemicals, and refrigerants
• Follow AMC schedules for utility and boiler equipment, including preventive maintenance
• Perform cleaning of cooling towers and descaling of brine chilling plants
• Maintain boiler filters and ensure all utility systems are compliant with safety and operational standards
