Job Description
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and develop appropriate job descriptions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline.
• Coordinate recruitment initiatives such as job fairs, campus drives, and online hiring activities.
• Lead and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and concerns.
• Support conflict resolution and assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor employee engagement and morale, implementing initiatives to improve satisfaction.
• Assist in designing and executing performance appraisal systems.
• Work with managers to guide performance improvement plans and structured feedback sessions.
• Analyze performance-related data to identify patterns and recommend improvement strategies.
• Identify training needs and support the development of training and upskilling programs.
• Coordinate training workshops, sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
• Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation structure analysis.
• Ensure compliance with compensation laws, labor regulations, and organizational policies.
• Stay updated with evolving labor laws and implement HR policies and procedures accordingly.
• Manage employee documentation, contracts, and HR records.
• Compile and analyze HR data and metrics to support management decisions.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and presentations for leadership stakeholders.
