Aster Medcity is looking for a Bartender to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team and contribute to delivering exceptional service to our patients, visitors, and staff. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Serve Drinks: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Customer Service: Provide an exceptional experience for all guests, taking beverage orders, answering questions about drink options, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked, including checking and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure the bar is well-stocked with liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Notify management when supplies are running low.
• Compliance: Ensure that all beverages are served in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies regarding alcohol consumption and service.
• Cash Handling: Process payments, handle cash, and complete transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Guest Interaction: Establish rapport with customers, offering friendly and personalized service to create a positive experience.
• Collaborate with F&B Team: Work closely with other food and beverage team members to ensure smooth operations and that customer needs are met efficiently.
• Quality Control: Ensure that every drink served meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
