Executive Trainer
Job Description
• Align with on-ground retail sales & operations teams to monitor and deliver objectives by following centrally charted training paths.
• Fully participate in executing Learning and Development activities for Beauty Advisors (BAs) and ASM/SMs.
• Develop and deliver training material for beauty products including Makeup, Skincare, Fragrances, and Accessories, focusing on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand values.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions, identify areas of improvement for learners, evaluate skills, and address learner challenges.
• Organize training materials, schedule sessions, and submit timely reports to management on progress.
• Manage training schedules and curriculum tailored to specific retail region needs.
• Analyze data and generate reports on training effectiveness, completion rates, and learner engagement.
• Increase line manager participation to build a strong training culture and ensure maximum engagement.
• Maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams and uphold company and brand professionalism.
• Participate in developing, organizing, and updating training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials for store frontend roles.
• Conduct soft skills and product refresher training, grooming and etiquette sessions.
• Deliver on-the-job training for new hires and train BAs on their KRAs.
• Evaluate BA performance and training program effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Adhere to MIS, SOPs, training trackers, and performance trackers.
• Participate in Train-The-Trainer programs to upskill as per business requirements.
