Job Description

Job Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Telesales) to join our Research & Development team. The role involves promoting research and academic services, generating leads through telesales, and building strong client relationships with PhD scholars, researchers, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound telesales calls to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
  • Promote PhD research assistance, publication support, and R&D services to potential clients
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable research and development solutions
  • Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure lead conversion
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with researchers, scholars, and academic institutions
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to organizational growth
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills (English mandatory)
  • Good telephone etiquette and client handling skills
  • Ability to explain research and development services clearly to potential clients
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation
  • Prior experience in telesales, academic sales, or research service sales is an added advantage
