Executive - Telemarketing

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote PhD research and development services
• Explain service details clearly and professionally to researchers and scholars
• Maintain client data, follow up on leads, and ensure conversion
• Coordinate with the research team to meet project requirements
• Achieve monthly calling and lead generation targets
• Document interactions, lead status, and progress in CRM or reporting tools

Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Word).
• Interest in academic or research-based services.
