Executive - Telecalling / Telesales

Job Summary:

We are looking for Telecaller Sales Executives to talk with potential customers, explain our services, and convert leads into sales. The role mainly involves calling, following up, and maintaining good communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain company services in a clear and polite way.
• Convert leads into sales and meet monthly targets.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls or messages.
• Maintain proper records of calls and client details.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Share daily call and sales reports with the team.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Confident and polite on calls
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM)
• Good convincing and selling skills
• Willing to learn and grow in a sales role

Education:

• Any Degree or Diploma (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply)
