Job Summary:
- We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (Telesales) to join our PhD guidance and assistance team
- The role focuses on promoting research and academic support services, generating leads, and building strong relationships with PhD scholars, researchers, and institutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound telesales calls to generate leads and convert them into clients
- Promote PhD guidance, research assistance, and publication support services
- Understand client needs and provide suitable research solutions
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to ensure conversions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with researchers and institutions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to organizational growth
- Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and build trust with clients
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
- Basic knowledge of academic research (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Qualification:
- Any degree (freshers and experienced candidates are welcome)
- Sales/telecalling experience in education, academic, or service sectors is an added advantage
