Job Description

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (Telesales) to join our PhD guidance and assistance team
  • The role focuses on promoting research and academic support services, generating leads, and building strong relationships with PhD scholars, researchers, and institutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound telesales calls to generate leads and convert them into clients
  • Promote PhD guidance, research assistance, and publication support services
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable research solutions
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to ensure conversions
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with researchers and institutions
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to organizational growth
  • Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle objections and build trust with clients
  • Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
  • Basic knowledge of academic research (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

Qualification:

  • Any degree (freshers and experienced candidates are welcome)
  • Sales/telecalling experience in education, academic, or service sectors is an added advantage
