Job Summary

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products that suit their needs.
• Provide expert product knowledge, explaining features, benefits, and pricing to help customers make informed decisions.
• Assist customers in product selection, demonstrating key features, handling queries, and successfully closing sales.

Store Operations & Transactions

• Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.

Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising

• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store by restocking shelves and arranging product displays.
• Ensure a clean and welcoming shopping environment that enhances the customer experience.

Collaboration & Sales Growth

• Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on current promotions, upcoming events, and new product launches.
• Actively participate in training and development programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
