Executive - Staff Support Service

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement staff support strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
• Manage staff support functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement
• Oversee staff support services to ensure effectiveness and alignment with the organization's needs
• Lead and guide teams in improving staff support systems and ensuring smooth operational flow

Job Requirements:

• UG/PG in healthcare or related discipline
• Strong background in staff support services
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
