Key Responsibilities:

Content Development & Quality:

• Drive and ensure quality of creative briefs, content output, and collaboration processes.
• Define and monitor content standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across deliverables.
• Provide regular feedback through structured review processes.

Process & Collaboration:

• Champion content processes, including briefing, reviews, and feedback channels.
• Collaborate with creative teams to enhance content quality and effectiveness.
• Identify gaps or disconnects in content development and proactively address them.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain regular communication with senior art personnel and project managers regarding job status.
• Align with creative leadership to ensure smooth execution of content projects.

Performance & Analysis:

• Evaluate content performance and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
• Support analysis and reporting of content effectiveness.
