Executive / Senior Executive, Sourcing - Ratings

Key Deliverables:

• Source sailing staff based on vessel-specific requirements
• Conduct document verification, skill tests, and medicals for selected candidates
• Coordinate with QCD and FMTI for candidate training and certification
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure accurate system updates

Role Responsibilities:

• Liaise with bulk and tanker teams for manpower planning
• Schedule and conduct interviews and onboard readiness activities
• Verify maritime documents through DG/MMD/MASSA portals
• Collaborate with foreign agents for international seafarer recruitment
