Executive / Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify bank statements on a regular basis and record transactions accurately in the system.
• Monitor merchant deposits in bank accounts and ensure proper transaction mapping within internal systems.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of payments received and highlight discrepancies.
• Identify, investigate, and report errors or gaps to the reporting manager in a timely manner.
• Maintain defined turnaround time (TAT) while ensuring high accuracy in reconciliation processes.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
• Coordinate with finance and cross-functional teams to resolve reconciliation-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and compliance policies.
