Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Coordinate delivery of welfare items to vessels and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Curate and upload daily news bulletins to the PARIS portal for seafarer engagement
  • Support documentation and reporting processes from debrief sessions
  • Plan and coordinate social engagement activities for seafarers and families

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for seafarer support during onboard emergencies
  • Ensure compliance with documentation and welfare guidelines
  • Assist in executing tasks delegated by the Fleet Care department head
  • Maintain ongoing communication with logistics, internal teams, and vendors
