This is an opportunity to work within a truly integrated team, managing 360-degree campaigns for a brand. You'll work closely with leading publishers like Google and Facebook and gain exposure to the world of Programmatic media buying.

Measures of Success

  • In three months, you will have:Understood the complete biddable media scenario for your client's business, including platforms like Search and Facebook.
  • Effectively handled all day-to-day tasks and requirements.
  • In six months, you will have:Optimized campaign implementation across all biddable media platforms.
  • Recommended and implemented best practices.
  • Explored and executed an innovation on at least one biddable media platform.
  • In 12 months, you will have:Exceeded client expectations in biddable media implementation.
  • Created a roadmap for the following year.

What Your Day Job Looks Like at GroupM

  • Analyze, track, and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis. You'll monitor key performance metrics like keyword/placement bids, budget caps, impression share, quality score, CTR, and conversion rates, and proactively make strategic recommendations to improve performance.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders about project development, timelines, and results. You'll work closely with your team to meet goals.
  • Monitor and administer analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, providing regular recommendations to improve data quality.
  • Manage client communication, prioritize tasks for your team, and ensure that all recommendations and optimizations are designed to meet client KPIs.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by continuously analyzing and documenting industry trends in search and PPC across web and mobile platforms, adopting new best practices as they emerge.
