Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service and Sales: Serve customers by understanding their needs, selling products, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Account Management: Manage existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to visit existing and potential sales outlets.
- Sales Strategy: Focus sales efforts by analyzing existing and potential dealer volumes to maximize business opportunities.
- Reporting: Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analyses.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing, products, new product launches, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Professional Development: Maintain professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks and staying updated on industry trends.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate historical records of area and customer sales for reference and analysis.
