Job Description
- Manage the revenue cycle process, including billing, collections, and revenue optimization
- Review and analyze revenue cycle performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement revenue cycle policies and procedures to maximize revenue and minimize denials
- Work with insurance companies to resolve claim denials and ensure timely payment
- Monitor and report on revenue cycle performance to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all billing and reimbursement regulations and guidelines
- Manage and train revenue cycle staff, including billing and coding professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
