We are seeking an experienced Executive Quality Assurance professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products through rigorous testing and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Conduct thorough testing of products to identify defects and ensure quality standards.

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-9 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience with performance testing and security testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
