Job Description
- Patient consultations and engagement.
- Patients follow up.
- Good knowledge of orthodontic treatment (Braces and Aligners)
- Identify the needs of Patients, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to Patient.
- Create and update/maintain records of the conversations with the Patient in the CRM.
- Ensure 100% adherence to schedule.
- Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and Patient queries.
