Executive Logistics Specialist
Job Description
• Perform monthly B2C/D2C invoice checks and validations to ensure accurate logistics cost reporting.
• Monitor and recover shipments In Transit and RTO (Return to Origin) for timely clearance and issue resolution.
• Track RTO shipments (undelivered, damaged, or short) and collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee COD remittance and resolve payment‑related queries promptly.
• Prepare and report D2C logistics costs and B2C invoice‑wise logistics costs for accurate reporting.
• Monitor weekly RTO damage and short delivery alignments, ensuring proper quality control and damage reporting.
• Ensure timely communication with the finance team to facilitate smooth invoice bookings.
• Manage shipment‑level disputes with external carriers across platforms (In Transit, RTO Damage, Short, Not Received).
• Perform pre‑billing validation and ensure accurate billing by carriers.
• Conduct weekly follow‑ups via email and calls to resolve disputes and consolidate closures with logistics carriers.
• Calculate and track logistics cost projections to support cost‑control initiatives.
• Track dark store replenishment and last‑mile costs, ensuring budget adherence and validation.
