Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Responsible to ensure all preventive maintenance Operations of the plant, machinery & Equipment's ( Extruder line / Cone / Bulk filling and processing equipment's of leading OEMs) and avoid inconveniences in the day-to-day operations of Ice Cream Unit
Preferred candidate profile
Familiarity with automated packaging and production lines
Exp with refrigeration systems, ammonia compressors, pasteurizers, and homogenizers
Proficiency in handling PLC, SCADA, and automation systems
Understanding of GMP and HACCP compliance
Expertise in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, refrigeration equipment
Good in preventive & predictive maintenance strategies
Knowledge in energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives are added advantage
Knowledge of spare parts management and inventory control are added advantage
Must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad; Within age group of 28-35 years.
Must have relevant experience in Ice-cream or Food industry
