Executive - Inside Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to drive sales by reaching out to potential customers, identifying their needs, and offering suitable solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Contact potential clients through phone calls, emails, and online platforms to generate leads
• Client Engagement: Understand client needs, present suitable products or services, and build relationships to close sales
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by following up with prospects and negotiating deals
• Client Support: Address client queries and provide product information to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
