Executive Human Resources

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR processes
• Maintain HR databases and track employee data such as leave, attendance, and performance metrics
• Manage employee grievances, handle disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Support the development of employees through training programs and assist with talent and succession planning

Job Requirements:

• UG/PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and compliance
• Experience with HR administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, contracts, and maintaining employee files
