Master's in Finance / Commerce / MBA (Finance preferred)

Job Overview

We are hiring a Data Analyst to support financial planning and analysis for our Staffing / Services business. This role will be responsible for revenue and cost analysis, P&L preparation, budgeting, MIS reporting, and management financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform revenue analysis including Unbilled revenue, Billings, and Client profitability
• Conduct detailed cost analysis (employee costs, overheads, project-wise margins)
• Prepare and analyze monthly P&L statements
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities
• Work closely with business, sales, and operations teams to support decision-making
  
  

Skills & Requirements

• Strong experience in FP&A, MIS, and financial reporting
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including:
• VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• IF conditions
• Pivot Tables & Charts
• Knowledge of Excel Macros and SQL is an added advantage
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  
  

Industry Preference

• Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, Consulting, IT Services, or Service-based organizations preferred
