Key responsibilities include :

• Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and projections to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Communicating financial information to stakeholders, including executives, boards of directors, and investors.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Managing financial risks and ensuring effective risk management strategies are in place.
• Evaluating and recommending financial investments and new business opportunities.
• Leading finance teams and providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Staying up-to-date with financial market trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications :

• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• Familiarity with financial software and financial reporting tools.
