Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Conduct concurrent audits of financial transactions and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform detailed reconciliations of accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Review and assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Prepare audit reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of audit issues.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans and programs.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA Inter, CMA).
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
