Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct concurrent audits of financial transactions and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform detailed reconciliations of accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Review and assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare audit reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of audit issues.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans and programs.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA Inter, CMA).
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
