We're looking for an Executive - Club to assist management with administrative tasks and ensure smooth front desk operations. This role is key to providing a professional and friendly experience for all visitors, handling inquiries, and managing essential office functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with excellent communication skills and a background in hospitality.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:
  • Report to management and assist with various administrative tasks.
  • Handle inquiries and sort mail.
  • Copy, scan, and file documents efficiently.
  • Keep track of office supplies and place orders for replacements as needed.
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • Answer phone calls and forward calls to respective departments.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer software, such as word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in hospitality and hotel administration or a related course.
  • Front desk experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
