We're looking for an Executive - Club to assist management with administrative tasks and ensure smooth front desk operations. Roles and Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Report to management and assist with various administrative tasks.
- Handle inquiries and sort mail.
- Copy, scan, and file documents efficiently.
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders for replacements as needed.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Answer phone calls and forward calls to respective departments.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of computer software, such as word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in hospitality and hotel administration or a related course.
- Front desk experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
