- Record complaints, problems, and queries, providing suitable solutions or escalation.
- Maintain databases to track satisfaction and dissatisfaction trends for process improvement.
Communication & Customer Relations
- Maintain good telephone etiquette and professional communication.
- Make follow-up calls to customers as required.
- Build and maintain a positive image and rapport with customers.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain complete and accurate records of telephonic correspondence.
