Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage the Director/CEO's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.
- Draft letters, maintain filing systems, and organize documentation for meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
HR Support:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including preparing documents and coordinating interviews.
- Support HR-related projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
Secretarial Activities:
- Perform secretarial operations such as office coordination, record-keeping, and document management.
- Follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain professionalism and discretion in all activities.
