Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the Director/CEO's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.
  • Draft letters, maintain filing systems, and organize documentation for meetings and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.

HR Support:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including preparing documents and coordinating interviews.
  • Support HR-related projects and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.

Secretarial Activities:

  • Perform secretarial operations such as office coordination, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion in all activities.
