Job Description

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Director, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination across the organization. The role involves managing schedules, correspondence, reports, and travel arrangements while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the Director.
  • Manage correspondence including emails, letters, and internal communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and bookings.
  • Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks to optimize the Director's time and efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or research-based industry preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant administrative tools.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent attention to detail.
