Job Description

Scheduling & Information Management: Manage CEO's schedule, prepare content, categorize information, and provide executive summaries to facilitate quick decision-making.

Cross-Department Coordination: Facilitate communication across departments to optimize CEO's workflow and ensure smooth daily operations.

SOP Monitoring & Audits: Monitor adherence to SOPs, conduct random audits, and suggest process improvements.

MIS & Reporting: Collate MIS, quality indicators, audit findings, and present summaries to CEO.

Analytical Support: Provide insights for decision-making by synthesizing complex information and recommending improvements.

Project Management: Oversee cross-departmental initiatives and ensure timely completion of key projects.

Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align with hospital objectives and CEO's vision.

HNI Patient Coordination: Ensure exceptional service and confidentiality for high-net-worth patient cases.
