Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars by scheduling meetings, prioritizing appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate meeting logistics including agenda preparation, meeting materials, and follow-up on action items.
- Handle executive communication including emails, calls, and correspondence with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Draft and prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations for leadership.
- Maintain confidential records and ensure proper documentation of important information.
- Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including itineraries and logistics.
- Prepare and manage expense reports and track reimbursements.
- Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth communication.
- Monitor tasks and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
