Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Schedule Management

  • Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and follow up on action points and projects assigned by the Director.

Communication & Correspondence

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling phone calls, emails, and visitor queries professionally.
  • Draft letters, reports, and presentations as required by the Director.
  • Liaise with departments and external parties to facilitate smooth workflow.

Meetings & Documentation

  • Organize and attend meetings; prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely distribution.
  • Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and document security.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with expense reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Support the Director in personal tasks as required to optimize their time.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
