Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the MD's calendar, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion. This role requires a professional with at least three years of experience, a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Communication & Coordination: Act as the point of contact between the MD and all internal/external stakeholders. Manage the MD's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, and events.
- Meeting Management: Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports. Take notes/minutes during meetings and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Administrative Support: Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist in drafting emails, letters, and internal communications.
- Project & Office Support: Support in project coordination, ensuring timelines are met. Maintain proper documentation and digital records. Oversee daily office activities in coordination with other departments.
- General Duties: Provide general administrative support as required.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Professional demeanor and a proactive approach.
- Discreet, loyal, and dependable, with strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
