Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, calendar appointments, meetings, and domestic/international travel plans for senior leadership.
  • Handle legal documentation, contracts, and formal correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with clients, external stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and task execution.
  • Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for internal and external use.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive legal, business, and personal information at all times.
  • Assist in organizing legal files, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-ups on key legal and administrative tasks.
  • Support daily administrative operations to enhance overall executive efficiency.
