Job Description

Zero Incident Culture

  • Ensure zero incident performance by proactively identifying and mitigating safety risks.

Legal Compliance

  • Ensure complete compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations.

Safety Norm Adherence

  • Enforce adherence to all internal and external safety norms across the site.

HSE Management Plan Implementation

  • Formulate health and safety management plans and oversee their implementation in accordance with guidelines.

Safety Management System Maintenance

  • Ensure the safety management system is consistently maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Environmental & Site Risk Management

  • Work on projects to enhance environmental and site safety; implement systems for effective risk management.

Contractor Safety Compliance

  • Ensure implementation of safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) by all contractors on-site.

Safety Awareness Promotion

  • Create and promote safety awareness through toolbox talks, safety meetings, safety posters, slogans, and bulletins.

Routine Safety Inspections

  • Conduct regular and scheduled safety patrols and workplace inspections.

Safety & Environment Campaigns

  • Organize safety week and environment week activities to boost employee awareness and involvement.

Hazard & Risk Identification

  • Identify hazards and risks associated with civil work, structural erection, lifting, etc., and recommend effective control measures.

Lifting Equipment Inspection

  • Inspect cranes and all lifting equipment before use to ensure safety compliance.

Incident Investigation & Reporting

  • Investigate and report all accidents and incidents; maintain detailed records and analyze accident statistics.

Job Safety Plan Review

  • Review and verify all site-specific job safety plans to ensure accuracy and applicability.

Safety Training & Audits

  • Plan and execute periodic safety training programs and safety audits.

Safety Coordination Committee

  • Manage the safety coordination committee comprising subcontractors and internal departments to improve onsite safety performance.

Training Development & Delivery

  • Develop safety training materials and deliver training sessions to staff and workmen.
