Sales and Promotion
- Actively promote and sell vehicle loan products to both individual customers and business clients.
Customer Assessment
- Assess customers' financial situations to recommend appropriate and customized vehicle loan solutions.
Application Support
- Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is accurately collected and verified.
Dealer and Vendor Collaboration
- Collaborate with dealership partners and automotive vendors to facilitate smooth loan approvals and vehicle purchases.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to provide updates on loan application status and address any queries or concerns.
Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as defined by management.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to lending regulations, company policies, and documentation standards.
Reporting and Forecasting
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
Market Knowledge
- Continuously update knowledge of vehicle loan products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with underwriters and loan processors to expedite loan approvals and disbursements.
