- Develop a strong understanding of 1 Finances approach and service offerings
- Monitor the client s Financial Plan and conduct periodic meetings to review progress against the action plan
- Support clients in the implementation of their Financial Plan, based on a comprehensive understanding of their financial profile
- Design and implement communication strategies for advisory execution, including timely and relevant client nudges
- Carry out client service tasks to ensure seamless support and satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to all quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements
