Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from international (US) customers related to healthcare services
• Provide accurate and efficient resolutions to queries
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to call quality standards
• Update and document client interactions in the system
• Follow all compliance and data security regulations (HIPAA guidelines preferred)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Willingness to work in US rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs

Mandatory Requirements:

• No prior experience in AR Calling, non-voice, or backend processes
• Only candidates with voice process experience (if experienced) will be considered
