Job Description

  • Meet clients to understand their requirements and present tailored ideas and solutions.
  • Prepare element lists and detailed plans as per event requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, printers, and all other event-related suppliers.
  • Execute events according to timelines and plans set by the Production Manager.
  • Create PPT presentations for events to present to clients.
  • Source locations, food, entertainment, volunteers, freelancers, and designers as per event requirements.
  • Coordinate with team members and associated vendors to ensure timely and smooth execution of all events.
