Design event formats to meet the needs and expectations of target audiences.
Continuously refine the event value proposition to enhance audience engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and drive the content strategy for events.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and online platform providers to deliver high-quality event experiences.
Identify, evaluate, and manage venues for in-person events, including contract negotiations.
Conduct post-event reporting and analyze ROI, attendee feedback, and overall event performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for seamless coordination.
Oversee budgets, timelines, and project deliverables in partnership with agencies and vendors.
Capture feedback on agencies/vendors and implement improvements for future events.
