Job Description

  • Create and execute end-to-end event strategies, covering planning, content development, execution, and post-event analysis.
  • Design event formats to meet the needs and expectations of target audiences.
  • Continuously refine the event value proposition to enhance audience engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and drive the content strategy for events.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and online platform providers to deliver high-quality event experiences.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage venues for in-person events, including contract negotiations.
  • Conduct post-event reporting and analyze ROI, attendee feedback, and overall event performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for seamless coordination.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and project deliverables in partnership with agencies and vendors.
  • Capture feedback on agencies/vendors and implement improvements for future events.
