Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Plan events according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
  • Idea Generation: Suggest innovative ideas to enhance the success and impact of events.
  • Budget Management: Prepare event budgets and ensure strict adherence throughout the planning and execution phases.
  • Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Personnel Management: Hire and coordinate personnel such as DJs, waiters, and other event staff.
  • Operational Coordination: Oversee all event operations and ensure smooth execution on the day of the event.
  • Promotional Activities: Lead promotional campaigns and marketing activities to maximize event attendance and engagement.
  • Supervision: Supervise all staff including event coordinators, caterers, and volunteers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Approval & Quality Control: Approve all event elements prior to execution to maintain high standards.
