Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Execution: Work on event planning, design, and production, managing all project delivery elements within set timelines.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, gather information, and improve event offerings.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective and high-quality event execution.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event operations from inception to completion.
