Description

The EUC Img Patch role is responsible for developing and maintaining image patches for End User Computing solutions, ensuring that systems are up-to-date and secure. This position requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with various teams to enhance patch management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain image patches for EUC (End User Computing) solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of patch updates.
• Monitor and troubleshoot patch deployment issues across the organization.
• Create and maintain documentation related to patch processes and standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with patch management policies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in EUC management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and patch management processes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with patch management tools such as SCCM, WSUS, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
