• Handle inbound customer queries with patience and clarity
• Maintain effective communication in English during customer interactions
• Demonstrate basic computer knowledge for daily tasks
• Provide customer support while maintaining service standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC (12th Pass) is mandatory
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
• Good English communication skills required
• Ability to work under minimal supervision

Work Details:

• Fixed week off on Sunday
• Full-time, on-site position
