- An ETL Developer specializes in managing the flow of data by designing and implementing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- They extract data from multiple sources, transform it into a usable format through cleaning and structuring, and load it into databases or data warehouses
- ETL Developers ensure data accuracy, optimize performance, and maintain workflows, supporting business intelligence, reporting, and analytics by making large datasets accessible and reliable for decision-making
Job Description
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data integration, engineering, and database development
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, relational/dimensional modeling, and ETL processes
- Familiarity with Data Vault concepts
- Experience in data integration across various applications
- Skilled in developing, testing, and supporting data integration solutions
- Proficient in SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, and C#
- Experience with APIs (SOAP, REST)
- Knowledge of AWS technologies (Glue, Lambda, Redshift, S3, Databricks)
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc) is a plus
- Willingness to learn new technologies like Workato and Boomi
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to document technical solutions clearly
