ERP Next Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and implement ERPNext applications based on business requirements
• Build and enhance backend functionalities using Frappe Framework and Python
• Design and customize front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Jinja
• Configure and support Indian payroll processing and statutory compliance requirements
• Understand and implement business processes across Accounting, Sales, HR, and Project modules
• Write and optimize SQL queries and manage databases using MariaDB/MySQL
• Support deployment, automation, and maintenance across cloud and on-premise environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver effective ERP solutions
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system stability
• Maintain version control and code quality using Git
