Equity Derivatives Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily reconciliation and exception management for Equity Derivatives and OTC products.
• Support middle office operations including trade validation, lifecycle management, and settlements.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks, position mismatches, and cash discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams across regions (Front Office, Finance, Risk, Technology) to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all operational processes.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and control.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for operational procedures and controls.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of derivatives products (Equity Derivatives preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong logical and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and related applications.
