Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive Aftermarket sales revenue (Consumables, Services, Spares) by contacting and building strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, quoting, follow-ups, purchase order processing, billing, and payment collection.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and updates in CRM systems, ensuring timely and precise reporting.
  • Develop accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing installed base (IB).
  • Execute timely renewal of expiring service contracts, consumables agreements, and warranty conversions.
  • Conduct Installed Base (IB) audits to improve data accuracy and account insights.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize sales processes and ensure seamless renewals.
  • Handle basic customer objections professionally and provide solutions to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Contribute to territory expansion by identifying new sales opportunities.
