Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented E-Plan engineer to join our team who will be responsible for creating and maintaining electrical schematics, cabinet/ panel/ field layouts, and other technical documentation using EPLAN software for intralogistics equipment solution. The E-Plan Engineer ensures that
- electrical schematics meet regulatory standards, industry best practices and design specifications.
- Responsibilities
- Utilize E-Plan software to develop comprehensive electrical schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams for intralogistics equipment and systems.
- Design and size control panel layouts using E-Plan software.
- Draft control and network architecture diagrams for automation systems in projects.
- Prepare field layout drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Generate error-free reports and other technical documentation in line with ISO standards using E-Plan.
- Release Electrical and Control Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP.
- Maintain revision control for electrical schematics and field layouts.
- Evaluate and approve technical offers from panel vendors.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and efficiency using E-Plan software.
- Selection of electrical and control switchgears, cables, and other panel accessories.
- Panel/Junction Box (JB) sizing.
- Release of ADD data to PPC, Mechanical, and Installation teams.
- Approval of technical offers for control panel vendors.
- Approval of panel testing compliance reports.
